Can Kids Get Invisalign® or Other Clear Aligners?

What Can’t I Eat With Braces?
With clear aligners, you’re in the clear! All foods are ok since you’ll take the aligners out to eat. Common foods to avoid here include gummy and hard candies, nuts, hard pretzels and chips, and other difficult-to-eat foods like whole apples and corn on the cob (you can cut these into smaller pieces!).
